Terms of Use

Data Labeling Companies is a curated directory of data labeling and annotation companies. We list companies, write honest write-ups, and accept paid listings for inclusion. We are not affiliated with the companies we list unless explicitly stated. Some outbound links may be paid placements, but this never affects what we say about a company.

You can list your company for a fee. We review every submission manually. We reserve the right to:

• Edit your submitted description for clarity, length, and editorial standards
• Reject submissions that do not fit our quality bar or content guidelines
• Remove listings that no longer meet our standards or violate these terms

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your listing is live.

The only exception: if we reject your submission for not fitting our content guidelines, we refund the full amount within 5 business days.

The Standard listing is a one-time payment for a permanent listing. There is no recurring charge.

The Featured and Top Spot placements are billed monthly or annually and renew until you cancel. When you cancel, the placement and badge come down at the end of the paid period and your listing stays live as a permanent standard listing. Annual plans are paid upfront for the year.

If you cancel a monthly or annual placement early, the placement runs to the end of the period already paid for and no partial refund is issued.

We do not list:

• Companies with no real data labeling or annotation offering
• Pure resellers or lead-gen middlemen with no delivery capability
• Services built around scraping data without consent or license
• Adult content, NSFW, or other content we will not promote
• Anything illegal, harmful, or misleading
• Vendors that cannot describe their workforce or QA process

You may not scrape, crawl at unreasonable rates, attempt to break authentication, or otherwise misuse the site. You may not submit content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or is unlawful.

The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep listings accurate, but we are not responsible for any losses, damages, or business decisions made based on the information here. Do your own due diligence before purchasing any tool listed on this site.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the new terms.
